Full Time Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Assistant


The selected candidate will be responsible for quality related duties such as:

·         Preparation and maintenance of documents in line with Good Documentation Practices

·         Archiving, retention and retrieval of documents and records

·         Maintenance of Lists and Databases related to the Quality Management System

·         Assist with any other tasks related to Quality Assurance as deemed necessary


The ideal candidate should:

·         Possess an ECDL Certificate and thus should be proficient in use of Computer applications

·         Possess ‘A’ Level or Diploma standard of education

·         Have good communication skills

·         Be highly organized

·         Be a team player

·         Have an eye for detail

·         Be fluent both in English and Maltese

·         Be willing to work on own initiative

·         Have good time management skills


Working experience in a GMP/GDP environment would be considered an asset however the selected candidate will be fully trained to carry out his/her duties to the highest standard.
