After the success of last year’s courses, Cynergi Health and Fitness Club is holding another Weight Management course. The Misura Weight Management course is intended for those who are keen to learn more about the factors that cause weight gain and how best to fight it and most importantly, to give you the support network necessary to reach your goals and make your aspirations a reality.
The aim of the course is to set people in the correct direction for proper nutrition, calorie management, exercise and overall a healthy lifestyle. The Course will provide, doctors, nutritionists and trainers who combined, can advise members on a more personal note and answer any questions that they may have. This program focuses on correct eating habits, motivation and though it encourages exercise, it is not compulsory in taking up this course. The weight management course will also offer encouragement, goals and a buddy system - so even though one may already have the background knowledge, the weekly meetings offer motivation and support. Those who take the Course will have the gym freely at their disposal.
This programme features key differences to ordinary weight loss programmes. Over a 12-week period, people will learn the key to effective weight management; Proper Nutrition, Productive Exercise and Positive Motivation and be given the motivation to adhere to these principles.
The Course begins on the 3rd February and is held every Wednesday at 6pm. Participating in this 12 week course costs €120 and it includes first hand information from doctor, nutritionist and exercise specialist and motivational tools that guarantee success as well as a membership to Cynergi during that period.
