Riso Scotti Competition Details, Terms & Conditions
- The Proof of Purchase (POP) will also be recognised as the Lottery Ticket
- The POP must be completed in full in order for it to be eligible for the lottery draw.
- The data provided on the POP will be processed by Vivian Corporation Ltd for general administration and for correspondence with the participants of this competition. Under no circumstances will this data be passed on to third parties
- The POP must be sent with the attached part of packaging of Riso Scotti in order to be eligible
- The winner of the lottery will be contacted by phone and asked to answer a question correctly before retrieving his or her prize
- The bi-weekly lottery will commence on the 30th July 2010 and will end on the 24th September 2010
- Every Lottery Ticket sent will also be eligible to participate in the final lottery for the Grand Prize (2 return flight tickets to Rome including accommodation for 2 people for 2 nights and a dinner for 2 people worth up to €100)
- The Lottery for the grand prize will be held on the 30th September 2010.
- Tickets will be issued by Air Malta free of charge where Vivian Corporation Ltd will cover the costs of the taxes, service charge and any applicable charges and in accordance with Air Malta’s rules and regulations
- The holders of the winning lottery ticket are to be notified in writing by Vivian Corporation Ltd, with a copy of the correspondence sent to Air Malta General Manager Marketing & Product
- Flight tickets are non-transferable and change of routing will not be permitted.
- Change of flights after flight tickets have been issued will incur a charge of €35 each.
- Flight tickets are to be utilised solely for the Riso Scotti Competition.
- Flight tickets are to be utilised by the end of May 2011. Validity will not be extended
- Bookings are to be made through Vivian Corporation Ltd 31 days prior to the intended dates of travel and this depends on availability of seats
- The winners are to contact Vivian Corporation Ltd to request the flight requirements
- Flight tickets cannot be utilised during peak periods i.e. 1 week before and after Easter and Christmas respectively, during the month of August
- Passengers utilising these tickets cannot form part of a group or tour.
- All flights being granted under this agreement, or indeed under any carriage by air provided by Air Malta will be subject to Air Malta’s General Conditions of Carriage prevailing at the time of carriage as well as the relevant applicable International Convention (such as Montreal/Warsaw) and all and any limitations contained therein.
